AS AN EMERGENT BRAND, NEFT VODKA SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES THE CREATIVE JOURNEYS OF UP-AND-COMING ARTISTS. THIS COMPETITION WILL ELEVATE THE PROFILES OF EMERGENT ARTISTS WORLDWIDE AND THE WINNER’S ARTWORK WILL BE REVEALED AT A YET-TO-BE-ANNOUNCED, HIGH-PROFILE, ULTRA-EXCLUSIVE LOCATION.
THE COMPETITION WILL BEGIN APRIL 18, 2024, AND SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL OCTOBER 15, 2024. EACH MONTH, THREE QUALIFIERS WILL BE SELECTED. EACH MONTHLY QUALIFIER WILL RECEIVE A $250 CASH PRIZE. FROM AMONG THE MONTHLY QUALIFIERS, ONE MONTHLY FINALIST WILL BE SELECTED. EACH MONTHLY FINALIST WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 CASH PRIZE. FINALLY, ON OR ABOUT OCTOBER 20, 2024, FROM AMONG THE MONTHLY FINALISTS, ONE GRAND CHAMPION WILL BE SELECTED. THE GRAND CHAMPION WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $5,000 AND A YET-TO-BE-REVEALED TRIP OF A LIFETIME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PUBLIC REVEAL OF THEIR ARTWORK.
NEFT Vodka Global Art Competition Submission Form
How to Submit:
1) Submit your art on the NEFT competition webpage.
2) Submit a 1-minute video introducing yourselves and showing your entry artwork. Provide the title, a brief description of your intent, and a digital file (see artwork guidelines) of the artwork.
3) Submit a link to your website or your Instagram showing your prior work.
4) You may only submit artwork that you have personally created. Please note that submissions may not incorporate work belonging to anyone else, whether or not such work has been copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise formally protected by intellectual property laws. The artwork you submit, and all of its components, must be 100% original.
5) Monthly “Qualifier” artwork is due by the 15th of each month.

6) Only one submission per month is allowed. If there is more than one submission in any given month, only the first will be considered.
7) Those chosen to participate in the competition (“Qualifiers,” “Finalists,” and “Grand Champion”) agree to share their submission video on their social media page, pin it, and tag NEFT in the post for the competition duration.
8) The Grand Champion will share their story, participation journey, and experience through photography and video.
9) The competition sponsor has the right to refuse submissions based upon a failure to adhere to the submission procedure correctly, a failure to follow the media guidelines, inappropriateness of content, and/or concerns regarding copyright or other intellectual property infringement.
10) Competition winners will be subject to, and responsible for, taxes on their winnings. They will be responsible for all necessary and associated tax-filings. NEFT will issue winners a 1099. Information collected from entrants is subject to sponsor’s data protection and privacy policy. By participating in the competition, entrants consent to their personal data being processed and used by the sponsor in accordance with, and for the purposes set out herein.
Prizing:
For the duration of the competition running through the end of 2024, three Qualifiers will be chosen monthly. Each will receive $250. Then, one monthly Finalist will be chosen from among the three-monthly Qualifiers. Each monthly Finalist will receive $1,000. A Grand Champion will be chosen from among the Finalists to receive $5000. Prizes will be awarded within a month of the end of the competition. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners will be notified via email with seven (7) days of the end of each judging level of the competition and must respond within thirty (30) days to claim their prize.

Visual and Artwork Guidelines / Design requirements
- Painting, photography, graphic/digital, and mixed media art forms are acceptable for admission.
- Please keep in mind, final art may be displayed in 2D.
- 1920 x 1080 pixels or 20″ x 11.25″ (508mm x 286 mm)
- Resolution should be set at 300 dpi
- File format: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, PSD or PDF
- RGB color mode
Artwork:
– Cannot be violent or political
– Cannot include the word “vodka” or any reference to alcohol
– Cannot depict alcohol, people drinking, or children
– Does not include any brand logos
- RGB color mode
Terms and Conditions
> Participation:
Entrants must be at least 25 years of age on the date that their entry is submitted. Entry to the competition is free of charge. Entrants are responsible for any and all costs incurred in creating and submitting their entry artwork. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase of NEFT product is necessary. If an entrant chooses to purchase NEFT product, the purchase will have no bearing whatsoever as to whether entrant wins any judging level of the competition.
> Publicity and Rights:
The sponsor intends to publish the names and pictures of the winners on the sponsor’s website, social media pages, press releases, and in other promotional and marketing materials. In addition, the sponsor may write and publish articles about the winner’s enjoyment of and participation in the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant grants the sponsor the use of their name and their image and agrees to cooperate with any such publicity or marketing if they win any of the prizes in the competition.
Entrants will retain copyright in the entry material that they submit to the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant grants the sponsor and any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or assignee of the sponsor, free of charge, permission to use the entry material (including, without limitation, modifying and adapting it for operational and/or editorial reasons) in any media worldwide for purposes connected with the competition. Entrants who win any of the prizes in the competition grant the sponsor further permission to publish and exhibit their entry material (including, without limitation, modifying or adapting it for operational and/or editorial reasons) in print and any other form of media worldwide for any sponsor purpose. Each entrant confirms that the entry material is their original work, is not defamatory, and does not infringe any laws of the country in which entrant resides, that they have the right to give the sponsor permission to use the entry for the purposes specified above, and that all necessary consents for the submission of the entry material have been obtained. All rights in the sponsor’s and sponsor’s parent company’s, subsidiaries’, affiliates’, and assignees’ names and logos, websites, social media pages, press releases, other promotional and marketing materials, and all course and examination content and materials (collectively, the “Sponsor’s Materials”) shall vest in and remain with the sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assignees. By participating in the competition, entrants agree that they will not use, broadcast, publish, export, reproduce, or copy part or all of the Sponsor’s Materials. Information collected from entrants is subject to sponsor’s data protection and privacy policy. This contest is not open to any contestants in any state, country, or territory where it is prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. NEFT Global, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies make no representation that this contest is appropriate or available for use outside of the United States and access to this contest from territories where the contest is illegal is prohibited.
> Acceptance of Competition Rules:
By participating in this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these competition rules. Each entrant agrees that, should this competition violate the laws or regulations of the entrant’s country or be prohibited thereunder, the sponsor may, at sponsor’s sole discretion, declare entrant’s competition entry ineligible or void at any time, and rescind or declare forfeit any prize or prizes which entrant would otherwise have been awarded in this competition.
